Terms of Business
As soon as you confirm your order details at the ‘checkout’, your order will be processed and packed ready for posting by first class post. Orders with a total value exceeding £50 will be sent by ‘Recorded Delivery’ for additional security, requiring a signature at the delivery address.
Items that are in stock will be posted straight away. Orders for items currently out of stock will be processed and posted to you as soon as Letterbox DVD receives the stock. An estimated delivery time is indicated next to the individual item. Please note that on rare occasions, orders take an extra day or two longer than anticipated to arrive, but we make all possible endeavours to get your order to you in as short a time as possible.
You can cancel an order right up to the point of confirming the ‘Send Order’ button in the ‘Checkout’ section. Once you have confirmed your order, processing will begin and the bank will debit your card.
- Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item
If your delivery arrives damaged in transit, is defective or not the item(s) you actually ordered, please return them to the following address. Letterbox DVD will send out the correct goods upon receipt of your returned order. We will also reimburse the cost incurred by you of posting the items back to us. - Seven Day Cooling Off Period
Under European law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Letterbox DVD, or you have simply changed your mind, you can return it to us in its original unopened condition, with any wrapping or seals still intact, and a full refund will be issued for the full price you paid for the item. However under these circumstances, provided there has been no error on the part of Letterbox DVD and the goods are not damaged, we cannot reimburse the cost of returning the item(s) back to us.

If you are returning goods with a total value in excess of £50 it is recommended that you use Recorded Delivery for additional security. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning goods back to Letterbox DVD unless there has been an error on the part of Letterbox DVD or the item(s) are damaged or defective in any way.
If there has been an error on the part of Letterbox DVD, for example if we have sent you the wrong item or the goods are damaged/defective, we will reimburse the purchase cost and also the cost to you of returning the item(s) back to us (see ‘Returns Policy’).

Letterbox DVD can accept payments from and deliver orders to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland only. All prices quoted and all payments accepted are Pounds Sterling.
